Holly Noe, FNP-BC

Holly Noe, FNP-BC was born and raised with her two siblings in Murphy, NC. She graduated from Murphy High where she played soccer and competed on the swim team at State Championships in Raleigh before attending college. After graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill with a Bachelor’s in Biology, she completed an internship in stem-cell research in Durham before traveling to Edinburgh, Scotland where she lived for 6 months as part of a work abroad program. With a passion for pursuing a career in healthcare, she returned to North Carolina and attended Tri-County Community College where she became a registered nurse in 2011 before moving to the Florida Keys. After practicing as a registered nurse in a skilled nursing facility followed by several year in an internal medicine practice, she then attended Nova Southeastern University where she graduated in 2019 with a Master’s in Nursing and has been serving the uninsured and underinsured individuals of the Florida Keys as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner until the Blue Ridge Mountains summoned her home in 2026.

Holly is passionate about optimizing health through working with patients to identify the root causes of their health issues by focusing on their unique genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors to address imbalances in a personalized approach. In her efforts to provide the best healthcare, she is completing certification in Functional Medicine through the Institute of Functional Medicine. The goal of Functional Medicine is to combine holistic practices with conventional medicine and evidence-based research to improve health outcomes and quality of life.

Outside of healthcare, some of Holly’s interests include reading, traveling around the world, watching football, and hiking with her husband (Jason) and their dog (Banjo).
